Using my new Droid and an app called PhonemyPC, I can play eve from my phone! Its basically a remote desktop control thing. Framerate on the phone is about 1fps, but the screen is crisp,clear and easily readable(the fuzzy picture is my old phones...

Why not put a delay on locking of say 3 minutes when you log back in if you have been off more than 10 minutes? That would eliminate some of the suprise of this tactic. If you are tackled by a single ship..and stay tackled for 3 minutes...you are ...
